I'm curious, is there some reason that we're still using two different addies for ISA? I thought the one you gave was supposed to be as a temporary one until the site was set up ~ which it is, at the http://www.insimadult.org/smf/ addy. I know they're mirroring each other but is there some logic to having them both running?

That was the one that I got when I opened the site with my browser from my bookmarks. I don't know how that works, you'll have to ask Pescado about that one.

They're both just pointers to the same place, so using one or the other really doesn't make a significant difference: The forum, however, will change you back, and it might make you login twice. :P

So better to point towards the .org addy to avoid that I would think. In a related question to the adult site ~ what's the policy now for linking to it? I ran into a question here (http://www.insimenator.org/index.php/topic,100628.0.html) that was hotlinked to by a member directly to the thread (now nonexistant) over at ISA. These types of links were verboten before ~ has this policy changed or is that still the status quo?

Oh, was that a faux pas assuming you're the one dictating present policies on the sites? I just figured I might as well ask you because I get very few answers from any of your upper echelon no matter what questions I ask. They're too busy handling really important issues like this (http://www.insimenator.org/index.php/topic,100654.0.html), because we all know that some dweeb with their CapsLock on is a real serious problem that requires multiple administrators to handle it.

 

Some of us are figuring stuff out as we go, and the attitude you're showing isn't helping one bit. We're also trying to do business as usual, and yeah, I did remind people to take off the capslock on the old site. If you don't like something, why not post it on the staff board instead of dragging it out in public?

Do you have a point somewhere? I am not certain what kind of logic leads you to this conclusion. Perhaps you would like me to actually make it reality?
