Well look no further, here are some affordable single units for Sims that are just starting out. Yes, they look like travel trailers (sort of) but they are really studio apartments. Rents start at $306 and go up to $778. This is on a 4x3 size lot. There are 7 trailers (units).
oh yea and they are furnished. And I have all expansion packs and most stuff packs except Holidays, Ikea, H&M and Celebrations. I realize there are Playground toys on the lot but I figured the larger units could be occupied by a single parent & child. Or you can remove the toys. Recolors of Maxis stuff by Piggisims and me.
