Title: Death & Simoleans Post by: rwills on February 13, 2009, 09:19:06 pm In all my game play, have not yet had a Sim die, but one is now 84 in Sim age, so obviously will be shuffling off soon.
I presume any items in that Sim's backpack (other than deeds) will vanish at death. Correct? Mostly curious as to whether the apres-death insurance payout amounts are in any way calculated relative to the gross value of items in the backpack at time of death. The "insurance" is a fixed max depending on relationship. Spouse gets 20k, children get 10k, and friends get 500 or maybe 1k. But those numbers are based on near max STR/LTR. As relationship starts to drop, payout drops also.
