Four single apartments with rents for low-income persons, from $442 to $449 on a 2X2 lot. There is a back patio with excercise equipment, chess board & easel to help keep your sims busy. I have all expansions and most stuff packs, including Mansion & Garden stuff. Recolors should all be just mine.
