Witches who make it rain on community lots have become a major annoyance. Nearly every time it happens! I don't want to ban them - just the rain that slows down my game and ruins the weather. Would either of you be interested in trying to make a hack to either reduce by half the chance they'll cast that spell, or to eliminate it altogether? Or if that's not possible, to make a hack that any non-witch playable Sim can counter that spell and stop the rain if directed? I have all EPs and AL. Thanks.
