Did any one find the elixir of life in sims 3? I tried to find it but I  couldnt. I know that you can stop the aging process, but the problem is, when your sims have children, you want your kids to age, but you don't want the parents to age. in sims 2 it was cool, you can grow who you want and keep who you want young forever. and if there is no elixir, is there any other way (a cheat code) to make your sims age back? Thank you.

Right... that you can't buy at the supermarket - can you buy the other ingredient?
If not, high gardening skill also required.
But it's perfectly doable, if you didn't choose the shortest life span in the options.
Of course you are forced to learn skills not everybody intended to learn... 1whistle

I haven't seen it yet in the supermarket, but I got the fruit from a cooking contest. I will try to plant it and then selling the product. May by it will be then in the supermarket on the shelf.

so its a meal that you have to cook? and what's it called?

I know we are mean. >:D But I think you waited long enough. It called ambrosia and you can optain the recipe at the bookstore for 13.000 Simos. For the ingredients you need a deathfish and the fruit of life. To catch a deathfish you will need an angelfish as bait and a very high fishing level. The fruit you have to find a seed or optain one through cooking contest. For that to win you need a very high cooking skill. ( I had a 5 star cook)For growing your own fruits a high gardening skill. (Wife had a Level 8 to grow a fruit to make more for sell.) Son has 8 level fishingskill and can now fishing for a deathfish) To find a waterbody for the deathfish is the pond in the graveyard.

I'm testing now if I sell the friut to the supermarket, it comes on the shelf or not.

go into the game options and turn aging off - and then buy a birthday cake and have whoever you desire blow out the candles - no mystery just playing the game!

have your sim walk all thru the town watching the ground. theres alot in the woods.
