Title: How to find a deceased sim?
Post by: chilislavecutie on June 07, 2009, 05:25:07 pm
A while back I added Bella Goth to the Goth household, aged her, and then she died shortly after.
I haven't played Pleasantview in quite some time, and when I went back, I couldn't find Bella's grave anywhere.

None of the sims living in the house have the option to "place Bella's grave here" and when I tried to summon her, it said she had died on another lot.

Any way to find out where she is?
I'd like to put her grave in the Goth cemetary.

Bella is a special case.

While I'm far from conversant with the ins and outs of the Bella Goth storyline, my understanding is as follows (and hope that someone else can pop in to confirm or correct):

1) The Pleasantview Bella Goth is not resurrectable, short of using an outside tool such as SimPE to clone the character.

2) The Pleasantview Bella Goth's grave does not show up in Pleasantview, but rather in Strangetown, where the faux Bella Goth character resides.

Hmm, well since I didn't play my Strangetown neighborhood at all, I deleted it.

And, I've researched SimPE, and I just feel like I lack the skills to mess with that sort of program. Afraid of messing my game up, ya know?

So, I guess Bella will never be found  :(
