Title: CAS crashing Post by: lexi9803 on June 09, 2009, 12:05:54 am every time i go into cas i start making a sim and it works for about 5-10 minutes and then it freezes up and everything goes black and then white stripes appear and i can no longer play the game. i have to reboot my computer and restart the sims and my progress is never saved! it is soooooo annoying. please help
thanx in advace ;D Title: Re: CAS crashing Post by: Razamataz on June 09, 2009, 05:36:59 am Have yo gotten a sim from MTS2/3? if so remove it. There are some over there that are posting sims with Items bought in the store. And if you don't have that item it causes a crash...

Title: Re: CAS crashing Post by: Care on June 09, 2009, 05:32:01 pm mine wasn't doing it then all of a sudden yesterday it started doing it. looked for info at the sims 3 forums. I updated my video drivers not sure if it needed it the hubby takes care of that stuff and it had something about making sure your game resolution was the same as your desktops mine for some reason wasn't.. it works again...

Thats why I only use the downloader for that. It wont install sim3packs if you don't have the item.
