I remember seeing this skintone on a sim a long time ago. Seems someone made it into an alien default, maybe? Anyway, it's likely not makeup because you can't put makeup on infants, but a skintone. I just had a look through GOS because I thought it might be a mouseyblue skintone but it's not part of any of her sets. Will keep looking, though, because I'm pretty sure I've seen the skintone, I'm just not sure where.

It's a skintone from Emosims, which no longer exists as of about a month ago and their downloads are no longer available. But a friend has sent me the file. I will upload it and PM the file to the OP. Emosims was fileshare friendly, anyway.
