Sims will also chat about spaceships. A future EP, maybe?

So, in short, no. It is not possible to get your Sim abducted or have your Sim see aliens in the game despite the fact you can put colored skintones on your Sims (blue, green, red, etc to look otherworldly). Maybe an EP in the future might include them as well other supernatural beings like vampires..
