But what I do, is take control of the Sim with help of BoolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true, and use a mirror for the makeup,boolprop again for the clothes, and the InSIMinator for the face lift option. To me this is the easiest for on lot NPC's. :-\ Sorry if I'm no help.
