This is the alphatop(http://www.insimenator.org/index.php/topic,74257.0.html (http://www.insimenator.org/index.php/topic,74257.0.html)) but with a new shoe(sneaker) attached. When downloading the other outfits from the link above then do not download the alphatop mesh, use this updated one!!! Enabled for the Elder NT also.
