Title: Please help!! I majorly screwed up my game and now it won't run or uninstall! Post by: SilentApprentice on September 09, 2009, 09:36:46 pm For the longest time I couldn't install the game patch and in order to do it I had to backup my files and do a complete uninstall. Well I did that and all seemed well, but when I added the backup files to the new files it erassed my saves and saved sims. So I did, the big mistake, of doing system restore to my computer. Now, my game won't only run, I can't even uninstall it no matter how hard I try. I have windows vista, and it's a new computer. Can anyone please help me? I still have all of my old files saved on a usb cruzer, but I can't do anything about my game.

Post by: SilentApprentice on September 10, 2009, 09:36:47 am Nevermind, I figured out how to do a manual install and removed the game entirely so I could reinstall. The most work I had to do afterwards was extract all of my old custom content downloads.
