Leave the bottle and the baby on the floor, choose a sitting pose, and click on the bottle, choosing "feed... (name of baby)"
It will make the sim sit (or lie down) while feeding the baby :) There was a hack/mod too - but I never managed to make it work myself... and I don't think I was the only one it didn't work for.
