I've made a mod that allows you no more bills in the sims 3! So you don't have to worry about the repo man coming and taking your stuff away, it's one less thing to worry about! :) The only use now for the mailbox is for cheats, and for bookclub, and junkmail. But I started a new game, new neighborhood, new family, and it stopped working. My sims got the 1 day notice and having been paying bills since. Do I need to remove it and put it back in for it to work again ?

Currently, if you have a fully patched game, we're up to patch 1.57. Also, once your sim gets to 15k lifetime points, you can purchase the "no bills ever" perk.
