couch is maxis (loveseat and two couches put together). Pillows also followed the house, but I did find the mesh not long ago. I'll see if I can find it :) I think the first outfit is from TSR. The hoodie might be a recolor of this (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=311376) (or at least a similar conversion), or a similar mesh to this (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=310345) - only with pants instead of shorts. Though I'm still almost sure I found it at TSR...
