Title: Base Game Desk Add On (End Table)
Post by: TheNinthWave on November 01, 2009, 11:30:00 pm
I've made a new mesh, add on for base game desk. It's an end table to match it. It is repositoried meaning that all recolors of the original desk will be included in this end table, as well as all Maxis colors. I hope you enjoy it! :)

This table looks really great! I'm not very good at meshing, and I was wondering how you create items so they pick up the same colours as Maxi's items?

^ It's done via the repository technique (also called slaving).

A couple tutorials if you're interested:

Can also be used to make CC items pick up textures from other CC items, especially to reduce the need for recoloring and for mix-and-match purposes. Jonesi's blanket is a popular one.
