They narrow it down pretty well. Go to User Links in the upper right hand corner, my profile, and look for some boxes that say which EPs & SPs you have. Then, whenever you search, it should narrow it down to houses with ONLY those EPs needed. Also for all the other downloads too.

Many, but not all, are non-English, but still easy enough to navigate and download from.
