Selene is a fictional character from Underworld, Underworld: Evolution. She is the main protagonist in both films and is portrayed by Kate Beckinsale.
   Selene was born to a Hungarian family. Her father was a well-known blacksmith who helped design a fortress for a general named Viktor. The fortress was actually a dungeon intended for the imprisonment of the Werewolf, William Corvinus, condemned for his bloody and destructive behavior and to keep Vampire Elder Markus under Viktor's control. After Lycans purportedly killed her family, Selene was the only one left alive who had walked through the corridors of the fortress. However, she did not know that her family was slain by Viktor himself, and believed Viktor had saved her from the Lycans. Viktor only let her live because of resemblance to his deceased daughter. The night of her family's murder she was made into a vampire by Viktor.
 She became a Death Dealer, fighting against the Lycans for vengeance on the atrocities she believed they had committed against her family. She also exiled the Official Historian, Andreas Tanis, on Viktor's orders. Many years later (shortly before the events portrayed in Underworld) she became an object of romantic interest for Kraven, the Coven's regent, however she did not reciprocate his advances.
 She is proficient with many weapons, both medieval and modern. Modern firearms that she uses include the Walther P99 and a variety of automatic machine pistols. In both movies, she is seen jumping from a ledge at least 100 feet in the air and landing without injury.  1sw1

Just a head up, the hair used on Selene isn't on the PMBD list as 16female hair. I checked every female hair on Newseas PMBD section and none look like the one used on Selene.

I took MESH of this hair and make it shorter (and changed the texture, of course). :)

I get the distinct impression that these screenshots are heavily doctored, because in my experience, excessive painted-on shiny never looks as good in the actual game as it does in the preview shots. They always look good in the screenshots, then you get in the game and they're clearly patchy, solid, white spots.

She's gorgeous .. I like her because her face isn't that 'perfect' kind of thing that you keep seeing around. Will definately be playing around with this baby ;P

On the screenshots I just added the background and a little sharpness, which disappears after shooting key PrtScn. I have a fairly powerful PC, so I advise to install all the settings in the game at a maximum and, possibly, change the video card.

It's so obvious that a lot of work has gone into the sim and the content! Thank you for sharing and if you don't mind, once I get her in my game I will add some screenshots for the nay sayers. :D

Selene does look good in-game, but what Pescado said is true, she doesnt look like THAT (the screen shots provided) in-game. I do have the graphics on the highest setting, and a very good computer..and Selene still does not look like that. I am not about to be updating my graphics card for a sim either. I do like this sim and X-tin did do a good job, but from what I've seen, Selene doesn't look like the screen shots provided (in my game at least).

OK, let me just say that X-tin already said the pictures were sharpened. Also, let me just say, for the record, that how she appears in everyone's game will depend on your game settings and your graphic card (just like any custom content). Pescado's comment was intended to imply the highlights added for shine wouldn't just look different, but would look like ugly white blobs in game, which, they might if you have a card that barely passes the minimum requirements and you have, by necessity, your game settings on the lowest ones possible for ease of play. You can see in the screen shots X-tin provided a few posts back, from someone else's game, that they don't look exactly like the ones in the first thread post, but they still look good.

So, let's keep these things in mind and not get too off track, OK? I'm not getting mad at anyone, I'm just simply pointing this fact out.

Not quite true: Ugly-white-blobism will appear even on top of the line cards, if the shine-blobs are overdone and implemented as, well, ugly white blobs, and therefore, do not respond appropriately. It's actually MORE apparent if you're using higher settings than lower settings.

*sigh*

The point is, Pes, that they don't appear that way on this specific outfit. Others have shown their pictures and I've downloaded it and checked it out in BS and I see no ugly blob action. Can we just let this drop now and move on, please?

There are two links at the bottom of the first post showing where you can download the mesh, but since Newsea has moved to TSR and has seemed to removed all of their old pre-TSR meshes, I would use the booty link and look for hair016female.zip.
