She doesn't have a showerproof skintone for her size, so when she gets into the shower, she will revert back to being maxis shaped. Sorry, I have no idea where a proper skin for her would be.
The bodyshape for her clothing is either the Fat Family mesh or Martaxl's mesh. I use both for her clothes because the sizes are similar. The outfit packaged with her is a Fat Family shape of a maxis TF outfit. The Fat Family mesh is by melodie9 over at MTS. If it's included, you'll have to take it out, since Peggy doesn't allow her meshes to be shared. :)
