Title: Organizing photos ?
Post by: HATTERS on February 21, 2010, 04:39:35 am
Fiddle sticks. I have a question. I'm to tired to figure this out on my own.

Its about thumbnails,(not really a glitchy problem so i figured I put it here). How necessary are they? I just checked my story telling folder and I have nearly 4,000 photos. (Is that normal?) It makes it very hard to sort through to find the certain photos I need. So I was thinking of a way to organize...but how? I want to deleted my thumbnails for more room. I never make stories so that's kind of pointless to me.

Eh so my main question is how can I organize my story telling folder better to make it more accessable?  :(

Why not copy them over to some other place on your harddrive, and then delete them ingame?
(I'm not sure what happens ingame if you delete them from the folder)

mm. Well I've heard of people copy them on their desktop in a folder. But somebody on another site said they deleted their thumbnails and all her other pictures started randomly disappearing.
I don't know what to do. -_-

If you don't make stories ingame anyway, then you don't need the pictures ingame, right?

I stopped using the ingame pics a long time ago. Too crappy quality.
I take screenshots with Gadwin (http://www.gadwin.com/printscreen/) instead  ;)

yeah I guess your right.
I take millions of pictures in game. But I use print screen for really important ones or ones I'm editing. Gosh, if I would have know about Gadwin, it would have made it a lot easier. I feel like a noob.
