I myself am in a wheelchair. I made many attempts to make a wheelchair for the sims2, never succeeded. Maybe i give it a shot... It obvious they're looking for disabled sims, but not obvious which disabilities. It's a rather broad concept, since there are literally a ton of different ones. It's a bit like posting a request for clothes or hair but not specifying what type of clothes or hair, so Bloom was perfectly justified in asking for clarification.
