Here are two recolors of the awesome Headcrab Accessory by The_French_Sim (http://www.insimenator.org/index.php/topic,79129.0.html). I used the Beta version of the headcrab for one skin, and a 'cleaned texture' for the other. So no you can have ultra bloody headcrabs or squeaky clean ones.
