Sometimes browsers are being stupid, and thinks a download window is a potential virus or a spam pop-up, thereby stops it from showing up (especially if you've disabled pop-ups). I have to ctrl-click or shift-click almost everything for it to come up. Then again, it's much better than getting spam pop-ups all the time... My browser was not allowing me to download it normally, but the "save as" worked wonderfully. I never knew you were able to download that way. I solely used zip and rar files, so when one was not appearing I thought it was invalid or a broken file. That's good to know for future reference. Thank you both so much for your help!! :)

The majority of my sims homes contain a lot of Black Pearl Sims decor and furnishing. Thanks everybody for your help. It's highly appreciated ;D
