I heard about a mod for the sims 2 that takes away the smoke cloud when sims fight.
Any help is appreciated and a direct link would be nice if you know where it is.  :D

Um.. Joy the mod you linked to is designed for TS3. ;) I hope the OP didn't download that for TS2 lol..

Well, rats. Sorry about that. I didn't even pay attention to that. I just saw the 'no fight effects' and went "Bingo!"

I was sure I saw one, somewhere, but maybe I was mistaken. If it's needed for a story, the only thing I can think of is to use the moveobjects cheat to move the sims out of the smoke cloud (or move the smoke cloud away from the sims). Either that, or it might work if you use the "boolprop useeffects false" cheat, but it will also make your sky disappear.

I know there is one, and I think I tried it. But it's not really worth it. It's like using transparent bedding. You get weird animation and disappearing sims.

Also of note at the end of that page is another mod to go with it Called Fight Less sinking which make the animation for the fighting a little better.
