Title: video card issue Post by: headcrab on July 11, 2010, 11:16:06 pm I have a problem when running the sims 3 and get a message that says the video card is not recognized by EA's database is that supposed to happen?

It could very well mean your video is not supported and won't work with the game, but until I know more I can't say for sure.
