Title: Sims 3 game launcher error PLEASE READ Post by: fraroc on July 16, 2010, 05:15:22 pm Ever since I installed an update today, an error message pops up saying this.
"ERROR The Sims 3 Base game is Incompatible with your Expansion Pack. Please use the Game Launcher to update" Gee, I would LOVE to, but everything is greyed out AND IT LOCKS UP!!! What the hell can I do? Do I have to do a full re-install and delete everything? I have World Adventures and thats all! Please help me before I snap my TS3 Disc in half and take a baseball bat to my computer. If so, are you trying to boot the game with the sims3 basegame icon? Looks to me your trying to boot up the basegame instead of WA. Turn off the capslock when you type in here, please. No one likes to be shouted at. If you go to the sims 3 site the forum will have links to patches you can you can manually install.
