I cant find no shooing.Like the hack to stop sims from getting in the way of the other sims and cars so they dont stamp there feet that much

I cant find the mod.I thought it was on the modthesims2 but i cant find it there.I even looked on here and other sites but i cant seem to find it at all i know it there somwhere cause i had it not long ago.Could it be anti watch out which the mod conflicks with the sims in way as well of objects when another sim is in way and stops them from stamping there feet and move so the other sim can get.If you know want i mean
