Does anyone know where I can get these hairs from?

4. I don't have a pic of this particular hair anymore, but it was made by FourTSeven.  It was a hair for males that was half cornrows, and half Afro. I can't find it at all, not even a picture.

The first hair is by Raonjena (http://www.raonsims.com/item/detail.php?num=203&cat1=1&page=3&key=).  You have to be registered there in order to download it, though.

Second part of #1 seems to be the Studio 54 hair by Marko of TSR.  Personally, I absolutely despise going or even linking to TSR, but since the friendly "copy link location" option helps from the Google page, this is where the original subscriber set can be found (http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/details/category/sims2-sets-hair/title/Studio%2054%20hair%20set/id/718258/)... and this is where they can be found in the booty (http://paysites.mustbedestroyed.org/booty/ts2/tsr/marko/).  

(If you have trouble accessing the booty, you can either flush your DNS cache as described here (http://www.insimenator.org/index.php/topic,110827.msg1601423.html#msg1601423), or add svk. right before they "paysites" part of the link.)
