It would be awesome if someone would be kind enough to extract it as a custom mesh. I could then fix my shoe outfits and keep my feet...

LOL. ;) I think what Rosebud is talking about is the garment we gals wear under our dresses (a full slip) and skirts (a half slip), to help them hang smoothly (they're worn over the undies and under the dress).
