this is a fan-made sim of Albert Wesker of CAPCOM's Resident Evil/ Biohazard game in his last known appearance in RE5 wearing carbon fibre patterned coat, which is cool. luckily the maxis "neo/ matrix" outfit is a perfect mesh for it, so it just a recolor of default mesh. BTW: Gotta question about your policy. If anything you have created is part of one of my custom sim, can that custom content of yours be included if I should upload here at Insimenator.org or any other site? Last policy I saw of yours allowed only for uploads to MTS2. Please excuse my ignorance, I am not a techy, meshy or recolorist of any kind ~ I just love to put other creators custom items in my lots and my custom sims. My skin can be used/packed with sims anywhere on free sites beyond that normal use, PM me first. maybe what you remembered was the old policy of mine, so in short yes.
