EA announced the new stuff pack will be Town Life Stuff: http://www.thesims3.com/game/sp4
It includes new items for your community lots, homes etc.  Release date is July 26th.
 
The only thing I find interesting about this stuff pack is the new cafe :p

I have it but haven't installed it yet.  Lots of things look interesting to me: The gym, the new playground items which are all very nice, and the laundromat items and decor.  We'll see.

It seems pretty good so far. A side issue - was testing the new stuff in Barnacle Bay and low and behold, guess who turned up living in town - Nina and Dina Caliente. So it seems they, too, have been reincarnated from S2 to S3. They (at least Dina) look remarkably like the S2 originals.

I haven't tested all of the goodies yet but I like the additions.   Nina and Dina live in Barnacle Bay?  Hmm, I don't have that one.

I got it a long while back, when it first came out as a download, before it was released on CD. Anyway, I don't know if they came as a part of it, or if they were added later as part of a patch. I don't remember seeing them in Sunset Valley, Riverview, or the Ambitions town (don't recall the name). Maybe there were a lot of requests from the community, but a rose by any other name.

I haven't seen them but then again I've had S3 and the ep/sp's as they arrived but not played it extensively. Maybe they came with Riverview --that's one I haven't played in ages.

This is the first time I've seen them but it makes sense that they would be available in all the towns (maybe). In any case, I saved them as a household, just in case.
