I'm pretty sure the first one is Rose or Peggy (or a recolor), and I wouldn't be surprised if the second one is, too.

It can be found at Black Pearl Sims (http://www.blackpearlsims.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=2984) (Although I'd suggest you have Firefox + ABP enabled before using any of the Sendspace links... the downloads work, but not without attempts of ad spam. There's a safer alternative for downloading the mesh with different recolors here. (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=291241))
