The clothes and the eyepatch will be more difficult to find, but if you want to, I can take your request an do the face preset of the sim.

Although I'm happy with this face, I know that it's not perfect, so I want you to tell me which points do I need to make better. The hair is a Peggy female to male conversion made by HIM666.
