I think the links to the meshes you gave are wrong. You mention Fei mesh is at Peggy's site, but Fei is wearing a sleeveless short skirt and the mesh you send for that one is a long pant outfit. The "blue outfit" Theraven mentioned actually uses this mesh: http://www.peggyzone.com/ObjectDetail.html?id=003855 It does seem to look like the link for the Fei outfit might actually be a link to the Jai outfit. I know it seems it's pants but it's not. I looked at my file and theirs and they match. It's the right one and right link.
