First of all, tell us which skintone and eye color you want.

Second, you can only have one type of outfit for one gender (if you know how to use girl and boy meshes). So as an example you can have a whole outfit with hat for one gender, and onesie without pacifier or hat for the other gender, but not a variation of 5 different. Alternatively, two meshes with details and one set of whole outfits without details as "naked" if you have a clothing change mod that works on babies (like the Insimenator wardrobe adjuster).

Third, do you mind if it's only the original skintones that are changed (not names or description)? I know how to change the textures (which I often do), but not how to do all the modding required to link it to new skintones... I might be able to change descriptions in the pie menu, though.

I want the original light skintone and green blue eyes colour. also was just wondering if its  possible to have 2 onesie without pacifier or hat for the both gender
and then 4 whole outfit with pacifier for girls and 5 whole outfit with hat and pacifier for boy.

You can only have 2 meshes with details all in all. One for girl, one for boy. (Whole with pacifier and whole with hat are two different meshes)

The skintones will work for both genders, but the meshes won't. The safest is to choose only one mesh, so it doesn't get too confusing.
And blue or green eyes? The maxis eyes?

Yes. That's what "unisex" means.

So i was wondering if i could have 1 outfit unisex hat and no pacifier and 6 outfit aech for boy and girl with pacifier and no hat.

The boy meshes are unisex, so you can't have both boy, girl and unisex. It's either one boy mesh and one girl mesh, or one unisex mesh.
