I just downloaded it on my laptop (only has Double Deluxe and Freetime installed on it!) fresh from the DL button, and everything was there and fine!
Do you have the most current version of 'clean installer (http://sims2pack.modthesims2.com/index.php?page=3)'? Also, I didn't even think to ask, what EP/SPs do you have? I have all on my main PC (the one that this sim was made in). But installing with clean installer should allow you to install her w/o any probs! I do not have any problems downloading, opening or installing. It is working fine for me.
