Only focusing on girl number 2 in this pic. It's kind of small but there was no link to the hairstyle only the dresses. it kind of looks like a hair by alfred askew from digital perversion only this one looks to be more curly. Any suggestions? If so, than it's Peggy's hair found here (http://www.peggyzone.com/ObjectDetail.html?id=005054). Sorry, I don't know where that texture is from though!
