Title: Lockwood Post by: nefertiti781 on February 23, 2013, 08:14:11 am Another modern family home. this lot requires all ep's and sp's apart from 70's, 80's & 90's sp as i still don't have it ( and not likely to get it) one bedroom i have left empty so you can furnish it as you please. some simmers like to add a nursery or a child or teens room so that's why i left it empty. this lot has 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms laundry room gym large kitchen dining area living room also an upper living room skill items nice pool area hot tub on the back decking there is also a nice gazebo at the back of the lot which is the BBQ area but you could use it for something else if you wanted to. there is also a 2 car garage. there should be room outside the garage to park 2 more cars if you wanted to.
