Title: WCIF fluffy-ish messy skater hair for Ts3. Post by: rheaxoxo on April 10, 2013, 03:10:48 pm I was looking at a Ts3 fan art tumblr and came across this hair. I dont know exactly why, but i just really like this hair.

I previously posted a thread similar to this on mts and someone said that the pic may have been "manipulated" and if it is, i was wondering if someone with good skills could make the hair???
