This is a version of a house I made on request for The Sims 2 (http://www.insimenator.org/index.php/topic,47055.0.html) way back when. A couple years ago someone asked if I could remake it for TS3. Better late than never, right? Right? Anyways, on to the pictures!

- Requires: All Expansions up to University Life (built with patch v1.57)
- 30x30 Lot, $43k furnished.
- 3BR, 3BA
- Furnished only with basics
- Custom furniture and wallpaper recolors made by myself, included in download.
- Note: Requires 'Ye Olde Window (http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=371508)' by HugeLunatic of MTS. Not included, so you'll have to download it.
- Usage Policy for recolors: I couldn't care less.
