It is popular with all ages and especially fishermen and women! Facilities include BBQs with a table and seating area nearby, toilets, swings, chess tables and a scenic pond. A large fountain lies in the heart of this beautiful park. No CC was used & you can find a list of required expansion packs in the sidebar on my blog. It is a family run business that will be passed down from generation to generation. It costs §18,317 to buy and comes fully furnished. There is no kitchen as my sim makes her baking goods at home then takes them to the shop to be sold. However, a kitchen could easily be added! I used some CC, which is all included in the download.
