Title: Things to Do Before Asking for Help Post by: caffeinated.joy on September 22, 2014, 08:43:20 am Please take a moment before posting to see if your question has already been asked. We don't need or want ten threads asking the same thing.
Know your computer specs and post them. What we need is your operating system, processor, graphic card(s) and RAM. As more EPs become available, please let us know what EPs/SPs you have. If you have a screen shot of the problem, post it in the body of your post via third party image host (do NOT attach it via the attach tool or your help request may be removed). If you have an error log file, you can upload this via the attach tool. The attach tool is enabled here ONLY for error logs. Be patient. We know your problem is important to you, but people help here on a volunteer basis and we all have lives outside the game. If someone can help you, they will. With this in mind, please do not bump your thread to keep it to the top.
