Title: Apartment Beach lot stability? Post by: jasmini on June 17, 2015, 10:38:03 am I'm starting to get the feeling you're not meant to make beach apartments, because i've seen what it dose to the sea,
it has also lead to partial invalid lot types. It's worse when you want to re- edit the lot back to residential. You'd think it would be using the same code as the Hotel Lot Zoning with a few exceptions. Has anyone succeeded in getting around this? Or is it strictly land only apartments?
