According to the TOU here (http://beocreations.com/about.php), conversions between Sims 3 & 4 aren't permitted, but nothing specific is said about Sims 2. Since we also ask people get permission from the creator to convert their content between games, please click the contact button at the top right of BEO Creations page and ask for permission, since the Sims 2 is not specifically mentioned in their TOU.
