In my signature line there is a link to "HobbesED's Conversions and Creations", then within that is a link to "Z-Other Creators files", then "PierreNC", then "Teresa files". That link contains everything that was in Pierre's section at BAS.
I believe it has at least one skintone, all the showerproof meshes for Teresa Queen (adult) and Teresa Princess (teen) as well as several different clothing meshes and outfits including those you have pictured.
