I haven't looked for new bodyshapes and neither new trans nor fat shapes interest me since I already have more than 40 different bodyshapes in my game already.
The main issue I have with most new bodyshapes is that they typically don't have enough varying Sims2 meshes and shoe options to round out a complete good wardrobe for acceptable use in my game. A lot of new creations are also 4to2 conversions which don't use "standard" TS2 mappings for their textures which makes recoloring and converting older TS2 clothing to those meshes extremely tedious and time-consuming.
