This is Happy Flamingo Trailer Park. It has four identically sized, but with differentl layouts--three with two bedrooms and one with a larger single bedroom.  And, of course, you can always ditch the second bedroom to make a larger kitchen/living area.

The park has a swimming pool and parking for four cars. It also has plenty of room to add picnic tables and swingsets, hottubs or whatever your Sims may need.

The gate goes all the way around the perimeter so you can lock out unwanted visitors (there are several gates though, so be sure to lock each one).

The lot size is 5x4 and it sells for 59K. The trailers are unfurnished. I finished the floors and walls, but feel free to redecorate to suit your own tastes.

Hi, just saying thanks. This trailer park will be great in the game for my biker sims and young sims who can't afford a fancy house yet.

Athough I've never seen a trailor park that nice before, it is still good.

I've got this in my version of Unpleasantview, but I have yet to actually go into the lot and look around. I've got it right behind a car dealership that I picked up from the exchange, really fills out the whole 2 block area, I'll have to check it out later and put some Myne doors on the trailers, but it looks great in neighborhood view, thanks for taking to time to do it...

As long as you don't exceed the 8 person lot limit, you can move different families onto the lot (unless you have a hack that allows more than 8, that is). Simlogical (http://www.simlogical.com/sl/downloadpages/apartments.htm) has some assignable doors you can use on it too, to keep the other families out of the trailers.

I still don't understand what you mean. You shouldn't need a manual to install a lot. Just double click on it, or use Clean Installer and you should have any problems. :dontknow:
