Title: By Request: Large Home with Business and Maids Quarters Post by: Rogue777 on June 15, 2006, 10:22:46 pm This was a request by SEANPEARSE1234. It is a large home with a building in front for a home business and a small house in the back for the maid and other employees to sleep.
It's not really decorated so whoever uses it in their game can put their own personal touches on it. No custom content was used. Summary: 4 or 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms Small one bedroom house in back Two car garage Home business in front House surrounded by fence with a gate to keep customers from watching your TV and eating your food Unfurnished (except for a couple of toilets and that kind of thing) 5x4 lot 132K OFB required Details: Main House: Ground floor: Living Room w/fireplace Dining Room Kitchen Master Bedroom Study/Office off of Kitchen 1.5 baths Upstairs: Three bedrooms (the two front bedrooms have little balconies) Small room, could be a nursery 2 full baths Sitting area It has a large basement that you can add walls to to make rooms. I've been using this lot for months strictly for neighborhood deco, filling in empty blocks, etc. Last week, I finally moved sim-Banx into it, mainly due to laziness in the building department recently (result of Unpleasantview imploding, you know the story). I have to say this is a magnificently constructed lot, but I must add that it is entirely too big for me, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I'm finally to the point of having the shop stocked and ready to open (been using the bandatron to boost the sales badge and charge suckers for using the pool), however, I have never once stepped into the 2nd floor, with just my selfsim living there, it would be an exercise in futility to attempt to use all that space... This is in no way meant to be construed as criticism, just wanted to let you know you'd really outdone yourself on this one...(the small house/shop looks very nice too, I've had it for as long as I've had this one, and it's looking like the place to go if I decide I need to downsize) :headbang: You Rock Rogue!!
