It also has a little shop on the front corner of the lot that can be used for a small home based business (the shop also has a bathroom).
It's built on a 3x2 lot and has a patio that links the side door of the house with the back door of the shop. It sells for 28K unfurnished. The furniture in the pictures does not come with the house. There is room for another bathroom upstairs between the two bedrooms, if you want a second bathroom in the house. No custom content was used. No animals were harmed. The Sim you can barely see in the floorplan shot is my tester, Molly Sims. She gets upset if I don't mention her.
